·        Ensuring the watch is operated and worn within its intended use parameters, including observing water resistance limits

·        Avoiding impact, magnetic exposure, or temperature extremes

·        Performing routine cleaning and maintenance

·        Setting the time, date, and functions properly, per the manufacturer?s instructions?damage due to improper time-setting is not covered

·        Ensuring crowns and pushers are properly secured before exposure to moisture

·        Failure to observe these responsibilities may result in denial of warranty coverage.

Watch Description and Image Reliability

·        All watches are described and photographed as accurately as possible prior to sale.

However:

·        Images shown online are for demonstration purposes only. The actual in-person physical appearance may vary depending on lighting, environment, and screen settings.

·        The written description and technical specifications are considered the most accurate and reliable representations of the product.

If a customer believes the received item is not as described, the following steps are required:
